This beautiful house newly renovated (in 2012) will delight families seeking a direct contact with nature and bike trails. With a plot of over 5000 m2 in the pine forest and surrounded by the sea, this house (one of the first buildings of the Ile de Ré) shows a great scenery and calls for putting a hammock between two pine trees. Coup de coeur! Great sea view from the living-room and the kitchen! The sea literally touches the edge of the huge garden for a breakfast together with the sound of the water. A few pedal strokes away from: the market (to bring seafood), bakery, gourmet restaurants and a pizzeria, bike paths to get to the beach, etc. The bike trail is accessible 20 meters from the house, for safe rides with children. A real asset: the ability to park cars in the private parking directly in the garden. The house is ideally situated for exploring the island of Ré and La Rochelle, near the bridge and towards La Flotte and Sainte-Marie (via the road in the pine forest).

Le tarif comprend également la location de linge de maison pour la préparation des lits (draps, housses de couette, taies d'oreiller, tapis de bain).
Linge de maison pour la salle de bain en option (drap de bain et serviette de toilette) : 15€/personne.
Linge de maison en option pour la cuisine (location de torchons 5€).
L'hiver un complément peut-être demandé pour participer aux frais de chauffage.
