Very nice house: local design, white, bright, with the sea 100m away, facing South. The house has three gardens: an enclosed 110m2 garden in the back, a little garden in the front, and a vegetable garden close the sea 500m away. Renovated in May 2012! The house is located 100m from the sea, 300m from the charming village center, shops, small restaurants, carousel: great atmosphere. We like: the sea that you can feel at the end of the pathway 100m away, sunset, pic-nics, farniente. Very quiet ... The whole charm of the Ile de Ré without cons: easy life. Surrounded by trees, in a green setting, relaxing ... Parking space for several cars.
